Day 1 Guiyang-Liuzhi (D)
Fly to Guiyang, drive 1.5 hours to visit A Garrison Village built 500 years ago, you will watch the Mask Opera performed by local farmers. After that, we will walk around the village built as a maze with defense purpose originally and pay a visit to the master who is making the best waistband with traditional tools in that area, the waistband is the love token that local gentlemen will make on their own for the fiancee, so the master we will visit is a gentleman with the best techniques of waistband waving, traditionally just only sons can learn the waistband making instead of daughters. Drive 1 hour to Liuzhi.

Day 2 Liuzhi—Guiyanng (B/L/D)
Drive 1.5 hours to visit the village of Long Horn Miao and learn Cross Stitch Embroidery from local ladies. The Long Horn Miao people are known for their amazing hair style in form of water buffalo horn dressed with the hair passed down from their female ancestors. After that, drive to Guiyang and pay a visit to Guiyang Embroidery Museum.

Day 3 Guiyang—kaili (B/L/D)
We head to Kaili located in southeast Guizhou, it is the main region where different minority groups are living in this province. Pay a visit to Qingman Village of Green Miao people, learn Brocade and Satin Stitch Embroidery from locals. After that, a short ride will lead you to visit Shiqiao Village. It is another village of Green Miao people specialized in making paper from mulberry tree bark with traditional techniques dated back to 1500 years ago. Paper produced in this village is used for restoring ancient books, calligraphy and painting as well as keeping their valuable items dry such as embroidery jackets and silver ornaments.

Day 4 Kaili (B/L/D)
After breakfast, pay a visit to Miss Yang and her workshop, she knows 13 different embroidery stitches and has top best collections of old costumes from different minority groups, especially some embroidery stitches and techniques on her collected jackets are not available to make anymore as the culture lost.
After that, drive to visit Jidao Village of Long Skirt Miao, locals in this Miao village are good at making Wrinkling Stitch Embroidery and Braid Stitch Embroidery.
In the afternoon, drive to Geyi Village and visit Embroidery Master Ying, a 80 years old embroidery expert to learn Folded Silk Applique, Two-Needle Stitch, Knots Stitch and Couching. Especially she still knows some rare stitches and techniques.

Day 5 Kaili—Jianhe (B/L/D)
Visit the Sunday Market in Kaili, a textile market where at least four different minority tribes bring their own style of embroideries and silver ornaments to sell in several alleyways. These tribes include the Long-skirted Miao, Short-skirted Miao, Gejiang, and Huangping Miao. They sell both machine made and hand made pieces to suit different budgets. After that we keep our journey to Laotun Village of Silver Miao where men are best at making silver ornaments but ladies are best at making Splited Thread Stitch Embroidery (One silk thread will be divided to as many as 13 thinner lines for satin stitch). Drive to Jianhe in the afternoon.

Day 6 Jianhe (B/L/D)
A 2 hours'ride will lead you to visit Tu Village for learning the Red Embroidery. Then keep our journey to Zhanliu Village of Black Miao famous for the Tin Stitch Embroidery (tin woven into fabric), which originated from their ancestors’ armor making techniques. Drive back to Jianhe in the afternoon.

Day 7 Jianhe—Rongjiang (B/L/D)
Travel to the further southern part of Kaili, we begin to enter the lands of the Dong. We stop on the way to visit the Village of Mini Skirt Miao(6 inches) and learn the secrets of Miniskirt making. A Dong village famous for Coiled-stitch and Braided-stitch Embroideries will be visited. The Dong are indigo growers, and weave fine-patterned cloth from homespun cotton which they dye blue, and then pound to achieve the rose-gold sheen.

Day 8 Rongjiang—Sandu (B/L/D)
Pay a visit to the Pai Village of One Hundred Miao as there are lots of embroidered patterns of birds on their costumes. These embroidered bird motifs in bright colors and exotic patterns are made by the technique called Silk Felt Applique. After that drive to the Village of Shui People who are known for Horse Tail Hair Embroidery.

Day 9 Sandu—Danzhai (B/L/D)
Drive to visit the Village of White-collar Miao skilled in both batik and embroidery which can be seen on their costumes. The same patterns on the batik pieces are also seen on painted pottery from the the ancient Majiayao culture of Gansu Province in the far north of China, near the beginning of the silk road.

Day 10 Danzhai--Guilin (B)
Drive 50 mins to Dunyun Railway Station and take the high speed train to Guilin or Guiyang or Duyun.
